             TEAM Boot Camp/Total Body Conditioning
  • Multi format classes that include Tabata training, HIIT training, Horizontal Training, and more for strength, cardio, core and flexibility work,  classes  may include partner exercises, games, obstacle courses  and relays.  Themes like Olympics, Superbowl, Beach Party, and Holidays make it "wicked fun"! The best part? Every class is totally different!  You won't get bored, and the change keeps your body changing!

What to Bring:
Please  dumbbells,  a mat, a water bottle and towel if desired.  
 
 
Drop-Ins?
 
Currently we do not have a "drop-in" policy but do offer "free" trials from time to time, which will be posted on our website.   We prefer to focus on our job as your Coach to give paying campers 100% of our attention. 
 
Small Group Training
 Training is available for small groups of 2 to 4 people.  If interested in a more personal approach and more accountability, call me and we'll set it up!   Rates vary depending on the size of your group but range from $15-25/pp.  and can be done at the studio or at your place of work.
